What happens to your email address when you join the launch list.
Who is asking
Complikits, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario. Mailing address: 16-1040 Hollington Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1Z 6K9, Canada. Email: [email protected]. Web: complikits.ca.
What you agree to
The box you tick says: “Yes, email me when Complikits launches, and about the CPCSC Level 1 kit and updates to it. I can unsubscribe at any time.” We may send you one email first, asking you to confirm. You are only on the list once you confirm.
What we keep
Your email address, the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the wording you agreed to, as our record of your consent. We do not store your IP address or anything about your device. To slow down automated sign-ups we keep a scrambled form of your network address for one hour, then delete it.
Where it is kept
In a database run by Cloudflare, a United States-based company, so it may be processed outside Canada. The launch email will be sent through an email delivery service, also likely outside Canada.
Who sees it
Only Complikits. We never sell or share the list.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Remove yourself
